No Purchase necessary. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
All giveaways are open to Canada, excluding Quebec, unless otherwise posted. You must be 18+ to enter. Only one entry per household, not counting bonus entries. Void where prohibited by law.
Every contest will have one skill testing question that must be answered in order to win. Once this option has been completed, more options for extra entries will become available. Complete as few or as many as you wish. All giveaways end at midnight on the date specified.
Winners:
Winners will randomly be chosen, from all eligible entries, through the use of Random.org via Rafflecopter.com, shortly after the end date specified for the Giveaway Period. All entries will be verified, and any requirements not met will result in the entry being void. Winners will be emailed and will have 48hrs to reply, or a new winner may be chosen. Winners will be announced on the blog once verified.
All prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable. The winner is responsible for all taxes, duties and other fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
The Sponsor is responsible for delivering all prizes. If you have not received your prize within a month, please contact me and I will do my best to help assist you in receiving your prize. Neither the Administrator, nor the Sponsor, are responsible for any items lost in the mail, or returned to us. We will do our best to assist getting you your prize.
General Release:
By replying and accepting any prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Administrator, the Sponsor, and anyone else involved with the giveaway, from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt of any prize.
The Administrator and the Sponsors, are not responsible for any inaccurate information; technical failures or human errors that may occur during or after the giveaway. If an error occurs, the Administor may hold a random drawing from entries received or hold a new giveaway. No more than the stated number of prizes will be given away.
